Delegation of "Yildiz Technical" University in Istanbul, visiting “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University

Rector of the University "Yildiz Technical" of Istanbul Prof. Dr. Ismail Yuksek, conducted a working visit to the “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University. He was hosted by the rector, Dr. Ferdinand Gjana and senior staff of the university.

After signing the cooperation agreement between the two universities, some months ago, this visit served to parties to discuss about specific projects that may be implemented in the future. Rector of "Yildiz Technical University" said that cooperation between the two universities takes a special significance at a time when relations between the two countries are quite intense. In the framework of the agreement signed between the two institutions, have already started exchange programs of students and academic staff.

"Yildiz Technical University" was established in 1911 and it consists of 10 faculties, two institutes and 3 research centers. It has about 25 000 students and is ranked as one of the most prestigious universities not only in Turkey but also beyond.
