Hëna e Plotë (BEDËR) University and Izmir Kâtip Çelebi University Sign Memorandum of Understanding

On 23 May 2013, Hëna e Plotë (BEDËR) University and Izmir Kâtip Çelebi University signed a Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral cooperation in education areas. The agreement was signed by Izmir Kâtip Çelebi University Rector, Prof. Dr. Galip Akhan and Dr. Ferdinand Gjana, the Rector of “Hëna e Plotë” (BEDËR) University aiming to further strength the cooperation between the two universities.

After the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding, both parties reaffirmed their willingness to cooperate in education areas and to commit the exchange of faculty members, departments, research institutions and students. The Rector of “Hëna e Plotë” (BEDËR) University Dr. Ferdinand Gjana emphasized the importance of this agreement for future educational and research areas of mutual interest and as an opportunity for exchanging experience.

The cooperation between the two universities may include activities such as: exchange of faculty, exchange of students, join research activities, lectures and e-lectures, participation in seminars and academic meetings, exchange of published academic material and other information, special short time academic programs etc.
