Law Students, Visit to the Constitutional Court

Due to the day of justice, student of law department from the “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University and from other law faculties, attended the ceremony developed for this purpose in the premises of Constitutional Court.

The visit began with a mini-fair, organized by the administration of the Constitutional Court, in order to present the symbols and materials that represent the main activities of this institution over the years, since the creation (1992), and then continued with the presentation of the environment of the constitution.

Students were welcomed by the President of the Constitutional Court, Mr. Bashkim Dedja and other leaders of the Court. Mr. Dedja introduced students with the way the court function and the challenges in the future. In this activity were present eminent personalities of constitutional justice in Albania, like Fehmi Abdiu, Rustem Gjata (former president), and other personalities from the fields of justice.

There were present as special guest from Kosovo, President of the Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasani,  a familiar figure of constitutionalism in Albania,Mr. Kristaq Traja and some members of IRZ foundation, well-known in its support in improving and strengthening the constitutional structures of the state of justice. The participants, during greetings, mainly focused on the importance of constitutional justice in Albania and everywhere, on the challenges facing constitutional activity and additionally in the activity were organized a brief overview of 100 years of judicial institutions in Albania
