Rector of the University Dr. Ferdinand Gjana Meets with Ambassador of Austria in Tirana

Rector of “Hëna e Plotë”( Bedër)University, Dr. Ferdinand Gjana had a visit to the Austrian Embassy in Tirane. Dr. Gjana in this visit was hosted by the Austrian ambassador, accredited in Tirane Mr. Florian Raunig.

During the meeting, rector presented to the Austian ambassador an expanded overview of the university from the moment of foundation till now.

Dr. Gjana was focused on the mission of the university, the importance this institution gives to the research and contribution it gives to the society. He focused also in the university strategy to be an institution with an international profile. On the other side, Raunig ambassador said he was impressed by current developments to university. He also expressed the support in the name of the Embassy to assist in establishing bridges of cooperation between the university “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) and Austrian universities.
