Conference on "Human Rights in the 21st Century", gather in Tirana Young Researchers from 12 Different Countries

Department of Law at “Hëna e Plotë”(Bedër) University in collaboration with the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana organized the First International Conference of young researchers in the field of justice with the theme "Human rights in the 21st century".

First International Conference "Spiritual Dimensions of the Humanities"

“Hëna e Plotë”(Bedër) organized the First International Conference "Spiritual Dimensions of the Humanities." The first of its kind in Albania, the conference brought together academics and experts from 13 different countries of the world like USA, UK, Italy, France, Kosovo, Macedonia, Albania, Turkey, Malaysia, Romania, Austria and Nigeria.

Blendi Fevziu elected "Journalist of the Year 2011" by Students of “Hëna e Plotë”(Bedër) University.

At the opening session of the conference, well-known-ed journalist and analyst, Fevziu Blendi, was handed price "Journalist of the Year", with motivation as the most successful journalist in 2011.

Student Conference held on Topic "Media and Politics"

The relationship between media and politics, one of the issues discussed by the Albanian public after years ‘90, was the main topic of student conference "Media and Politics", organized by the Department of Communication Sciences at the University “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër).

  “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University held on 14 February 2013, scientific Conference on: “Kosovo, 5 years of Independence: Challenges and Achievement”. As panelist discussing for “Kosovo, 5 years of Independence: Challenges and Achievement” were: Mr. Ferdinand Xhaferaj, Mr. Mark Marku, Mr. Hysamedin Feraj, Mr. Gëzim Podgorica and Mr. Niuton Mulleti. In the opening session were invited to deliver their greetings speech ex-prime minister during Kosovo crisis, Mr. Pandeli Majko and prominent of Albania history Mr. Arben Puto.
