Rector of Beder University meets with the Mayor of Tirana

Rector of Hena e Plote Beder University Dr. Ferdinand Gjana visited the Municipality of Tirana, where he met with the Mayor of this municipality, Mr. Erion  Veliaj. During the meeting, Dr.Gjana wished Mr. Veliaj  success and prosperity in the new post. Among other things, he said that there are  numerous challenges in Tirana but with the necessary will, the good results in the benefit of the citizens of Tirana are only a step away. From  his part, Mr. Veliaj praised the performance that Hena e Plote Beder University has had so far, and considered it as an added value in the higher education system of Albania. The conversation went on as they discussed about areas of cooperation of mutual interest for the two institutions. Dr. Gjana expressed the willingness of the institution he represents to contribute to various projects in education, culture and further development of the capital.

Webometrics rankings, Beder one of the five best universities in Albania

Hena e Plote Beder University was appraised as the 5th best  university in Albania according to the last "Webometrics Ranking of World Universities" (World University rankings Webometric). Cybermetrics Lab, one of the largest research groups based in Spain organizes every 6 months Webometrics ranking of World Universities, in which participate about 20 thousand institutions of higher education.  

Hena e Plote Beder University graduates the second generation of its students

Hena e Plote Beder University, graduated the second generation of its students in a ceremony held on this occasion in the premises of the National Historical Museum. 154 students from 15 different countries of the world under the applause of their families and audience throwed their graduation hats marking the closure of a very important stage in life.  

Cooperation agreement signed with the University Della Calabria, Italy

Within the expansion of inter-institutional collaborations Beder University in cooperation with Della Calabria University in Italy signed a cooperation agreement in the field of education and research. Under this agreement the two higher education institutions agreed to the exchange of academic staff and research and exchange of students in different study programs.  

Cooperation agreement with the University "Tor Vergata" in Rome

Beder University signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" in the field of Law, Theology, Psychology and Education. Under the agreement both parties agreed to:  

Cooperation agreement with the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia

Beder University  signs a cooperation agreement with the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia. Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at Beder  University, Prof. Dr. Ayhan Tekineş and Dean of the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana University  Prof. Dr. Miha Juhart, during a two-party meeting held in Slovenia signed an institutional cooperation agreement.
