Cooperation Agreement signed with the University of Tirana
"Hëna e Plotë" (Bedër) University and University of Tirana signed today cooperation agreement aimed at deepening the relations between the two institutions. The signing ceremony took place during the visit of the Rector of the "Hëna e Plotë" (Bedër) University), Dr. Ferdinand Gjana and other university leaders held at the University of Tirana. During the visit, they were welcomed by the Rector of the University of Tirana, Prof. Dr. Dhori Kule and other leaders of the university.
"Teacher of the Year 2013" Award given to Teacher: Arian Gani
“Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University has given the award “Teacher of the Year 2013”In a special ceremony held in the university environment, the teacher of the School of Foreign Languages, " Ali dhe Mahmud Cungu" in Elbasan, Mr. Arian Gani is given the price for their contribution over the years in teaching.
First Student Conference on Law
Student Club "Beder Law Academy" in association with the Student club "Human Rights" organized the first student conference on "Law". The conference was attended by 22 students from the first year of the second and the Department of Justice who referred on topics related to current issues and trends in the field of law and human rights.
Promotion of Practical guide for Journalists during Electoral Campaigns
A manual outlining practical rules for the activity of journalists during election campaigns, has been promoted to the premises of the “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University. Practical Guide "Deontology and Ethics of Reporting during the election Campaign”, a joint work of the two professors of the department of communication at the “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University, Briseida Mema and Ramadan Cipuri, aims to help all journalists that follow and reflect the activity of political parties during the election campaign.
“Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University and Izmir Kâtip Çelebi University, Signing Cooperation Agreement
On 23 May 2013, “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University and Izmir Kâtip Çelebi University signed a Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral cooperation in education areas. The agreement was signed by Izmir Kâtip Çelebi University Rector, Prof. Dr. Galip Akhan and Dr. Ferdinand Gjana, the Rector of “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University aiming to further strength the cooperation between the two universities.
MoU signed between “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University and Ishik University
“Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University is pleased to announce the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with Ishik University in Kerbil which is one of the leading Universities in Iraq. The agreement was signed in Tirana by the Rector of “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University Dr. Ferdinand Gjana and Rector of Ishik University Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş.
"International Day", Diversity of Cultures in the University Environment.
International Club", in collaboration with other student clubs at “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University, organized today in the exhibition hall, the activity "International Day 2013". The purpose of this event was to introduce the cultures that come from different countries of the region and the world. Students with foreign nationality studying at “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University,, presented the culture and history of their countries.
Open Lecture: "The Role of the CEC to ensure the Transparency of Elections"
Students of the Department of Law at the “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) University, within the activities of the "Bader Law Academy" organized today an open lecture on "The role of CEC in ensuring the transparency of the elections" with the participation of the President of the Central Election Commission (CEC 's) Mrs. Lefterije Leshi (Luz) and other members of the Commission.
