Cooperation agreement with the Universita Degli Studi di Bari "Aldo Moro" in Italy

Beder University signed a cooperation agreement with the Universita Degli Studi di Bari "Aldo Moro" in Italy. This agreement comes within the expansion of inter-institutional cooperation and consists of:  

International Fair, multicultural atmosphere in Beder

Dean of students in cooperation with Hena e Plote Beder  University Student clubs, held the 3-rd International Fair , bringing a multicultural atmosphere in the premises of  university. In the 16 stands were presented flags, symbols, international personalities, different cultures, traditional cuisine of the participating countries as well as the characteristic features of each representative state.  

Ambassador of Norway Jan Braathu, in a conversation with students of Beder

Norwegian Ambassador to Kosovo and Albania, Mr. Jan Braathu was the next guest in the open lecture on  the topic "Western Balkans, Current Problems and Road Ahead". During the lecture, Mr. Braathu focused on the main problems which is facing Western Balkans on the road to EU integration by addressing the  political, economic and social elements. Among other things, he noted the lack of regional cooperation as a major obstacle in the development of the region.  

Get announced winners of the contest "Youth Creative English Essay Contest"

Beder  University hosted the awards ceremony for the contest "Youth Creative English Essay Contest". The contest is organized for the 2nd time in cooperation with the British Council in Albania attended by students from all high schools in our country. Today's ceremony was attended by teachers, organizers of the competition, members of pupil’s family, representatives of the British Council and a number of students from different schools.  

Hena e Plote Beder University signs a cooperation agreement with the British Council

Rector of Hena e Plote Beder University Dr. Ferdinand Gjana  and the  national director of the British Council of Albania, Aida Berxholi signed the  institutional cooperation agreement during a two-party meeting held in the premises of the university.

Fatmir Xhafaj in a conversation with students of Beder for justice reform

Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Legal Issues, Public Administration and Human Rights, also chairman of the justice reform,  Fatmir Xhafaj  shared with students of Beder the importance of the reform in this area. The guests at the opening ceremony of the 3rd Students Conference on justice organized by Law Department in collaboration with the Students Club "Beder Law Academy", Mr. Xhafaj spoke about the progress of the work in the commission reform.        

Law Departament organizes Beder Moot Court

Students Club "Beder Law Academy" in collaboration with Law Department at Hena e Plote Beder University, held for the fourth consecutive year the  Moot Court simulator,  where students of the first and second year  improvised a fair trial. The law case taken  under consideration by the students was about a traffic accident occurred in at the roundabout  where the driver  had left wounded a pedestrian. After that the pedestrian  was taken to hospital where he received the first aid. Then he denounces the driver and requires appropriate compensation.

Hena e Plote Beder University signs the cooperation agreement with the University

Rector of Hena e Plote Beder Unversity, Dr. Ferdinand Gjana and the director of the Office of International Relations Mr. Isa Erbas have held a bilateral meeting with the representative of the University "Della Calabria" in Italy, Mr. Gianluca Meranda to discuss and concretize this deal. The aim of the two institutions is cooperation in the field of education, scientific research and in all other areas of common interest. The two universities also aim to encourage direct contacts and cooperation between faculty members, departments and research centers under the provisions of the agreement.
